Loss affects us all differently. Love is a powerful universal healing balm. We use conscious movement, JourneyDance, to apply love, allow emotions, and bring forth renewal of spirit, hope and joy.
The dance is free form, guided with movement suggestions . It encourages exploration of self in a new and different way. Open to people with any level of physical ability.
